CLAIM BASED ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY - CLAIM CONDITIONS
You can make a complaint about the product purchased in our store for a period of 24 months from the date of sale (the date of the VAT invoice), but no later than 14 days from the disclosure of the failure.

The basis for filing a complaint is to present a proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, all defects will be removed at the expense of the manufacturer in our service center within 14 days from the delivery of the device. The customer is obliged to disassemble the display on his own. The defective device should be delivered to the following address: ECO LED DISPLAYS SERVICE, Majora Jana Piwnika "Ponurego" 27a, 25-666 Kielce.
The ECO LED DISPLAYS company covers the costs of transport (both ways) only when a courier is sent on our behalf (we use the services of the DPD courier company and in the case of oversized goods DHL). The transport includes the basic cost of standard transport and shipping insurance. (It does not include additional services, such as express delivery at the customer's request). The ECO LED DISPLAYS company will commission a courier company to collect the parcel at the address indicated by the customer within 2 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation from the customer that the device is properly packed, properly secured in case of damage in transport and ready for collection by the courier. In the event of damage caused during transport, the company ECO LED DISPLAYS, as the ordering party of the shipment, has the right to pursue claims by means of a complaint in the complaint department of the courier company. The client's company is not obligated to claim compensation from the carrier.
If the customer decides to deliver the product on his own, ECO LED DISPLAYS shall not be liable for the delivery cost or responsibility for improper packaging of the product and any damage caused during transport. The company is not obligated to claim compensation from the carrier. It is in the customer's interest that the device is properly secured.
After the repair, the product will be delivered to the user at the manufacturer's expense. The warranty is automatically extended by the time during which the device is in the service (from the date of reporting the defect by e-mail, until the date of delivery of the device to the customer's address by the service center).
RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS
The purchased product can be returned within 14 days of its receipt. The product must be complete, in its original packaging and must not show signs of use.
